So it is safe to say that service is not going to be a problem? For me (being in the Netherlands) it is real hard to figure out if I will ever get my notebook back if I send it to ASE. I never had ANY contact with ASE. Real mysteriuous... no number to call, no human on the phone.

At least Transmonde replied to my e-mail.
