The owner of the Lava Java walks by, her mahogany skin making an impression in the pale-hued coffee shop. She turns, catching the flash that the knife makes off a light and she strides over.
Cathrina has, what she likes to call, leverage over the average person. Her long faded denim skirt only exaggerates her height and lengthy legs. Deep, soulful chocolate orbs search Mandi quickly, and the Cherokee girl decides on impulse to take a seat. From this postion, Mandi can clearly see the over-all conservative approach of Cathrina. She wears a peasant-top like blouse, something airy and comfortable, but business-like. Her hair is pulled into a tight, neat bun, not a hair straying from the path she had pulled it into. In a kind, nondemanding voice, Cathrina speaks to the girl with the marred wrists.
[You know, a girl with a knife might scare people away from my shop..]
While her tone is stern, her face relays a friendly smile.
