I'm glad you found some of the info here useful. I guess you also found out we don't have too much traffic at the forum.

I thinnk the front struts have an OD of 2.06 inches but I'd have to measure them to confirm that. Cutting the front strut housing short can cause a problem with coilovers. I already had the spring perch lowered as far as possible without hitting the tire. If I lowered it any more, such as by cutting the strut short, the tires would rub the springs.
