Oh, Sweet, blessed Maxine...
I am terribly sorry to hear about the mess you are going through. This is awful. After how many years of marriage and he wants no part of you or the grandchild??? I sit here and shake my head in disgust at his attitude...but, I will pray for the Lord to touch that man's heart, none the less.
Dear Maxine, I most certainly will keep you in my prayers, for your physical, economical, and for your spirit too.
This saddens me to no end at the disregard that our so-called loved ones can switch on and off and we try our best (as most women do) to please and comfort them...and, yet, they ultimately hold the purse string and our heart strings too.
O' dear Lord Jesus, Son of God, I ask that You will help Sister Maxine and the woes, sadness, and physical pain that she is currently going through. Lord, I ask that you put Your healing hands upon this woman, who loves You with all of her might and to heal her completely... so that she can find a job and make preparations to start a new, fresh life, with You as the head of her household, O' Lord.
My beloved Savior, I thank You so much for wonderful, spirit filled people , like Sister Maxine, that You have put into my life and beg of You to send her into all of the right places for help.
I thank You O Lord for the blessings that You alone can give to each of us, simply by us taking our problems to Your feet and leaving them there.
Thank You Lord, I am humbled by Your Love and Wisdom and Kindness to Your people.
In Jesus' name, I pray these things,
AMEN!
Dear Maxine...go forth and know that the Lord is standing right next to you, holding your hand through all things and that the Father will see to it that His will be done.
Love, peace, and God's blessings always,
Reverend Brandie Woods-Sloan
