Dawn played out across the desolate lands, its brilliant array of shades amounting to nothing on this bright day as it crumpled to ashes in mourning. Mourning. For the legends whom had all passed away one by one, leaving nothing but a barren earth for which no contemporaries would thrive in again until a disturbance within the cycls of life of the primitive terrestial beings who had once brought life to the barren earth would revive it. They and they alone would replenish the empty lithosphere with life as they knew how for it was their job; a job they had had time to perfect for innumerable times in the past and so they will continue on into the present and future until they are no longer needed.
And here, years after the initial tragedies, they rise, one by one. Rousing from a dormant state, they call- to the new generation of entities who will roam the earth once more as their ancestors did before their time was up.
And here is where you come into place. They beckon, plead for the arrivals of others. Others who would bear proudly their names, others who would live up to their legends. Do you think you have what it takes?
