Subject: i want to run for secretary of war.

i know that i am of no high rank, but those of you who have read my comments to bloodwrath's speech probably agree.OOC: i enjoy politics very much. IC: if you elect me as secretary of war, i will:
1. post a night watch to further ensure your safety.
2. i will try as hard as i can to prevent war. do not make this seem cowardly. it is an act of safety. i say again, war is not for self glorification. if you are a violent type, then you can stil;l have brawls in the tavern.
3. if war should happen, i will try to organize our quibbling mob that we call an army. ragtag vermin shall be turned into soldiers, with uniforms, badges to signify rank, and they will have special barracks'.
4. i will try to resolve conflicts without war, (i know i am running for secretary of war, not peace, but war is not great. other alternatives are far better.)
5. i will make it so that the army is ready every day, at any hour. they may still go about bussiness as they please, but must be armed wherever they go.
6. i will also form a police force that shall keep watch for approaching armies.
7. i will reinforce the walls and gate with metals from the mines that are lying out of the gates of nightshade.
im know that this doesn't sound very warlike. OOC: (but you don't see donald rumsfield, yes i know he is the secretary of defense, eager to go to war. and yes, i know our presidential cabinet stinks)IC: i hope that i have persuaded you to vote for me for secretary of war. thank you for your time.
