SOME OF THE STORIES I HAVE COLLECTED

Girl, 13yo, Russia, extensive pelvic focused development and health check
I am female. It happened in Russia, 1980-1989, 13 years old. My parents received a letter saying I was to report to the clinic for a full health exam. This is all we were told. I went there alone by myself. At a health center. It happened to all children of the age group in ny community.
PREPARATION, ANESTHESIA AND PRELIMINARY EXAM
The letter said I was to wear just a coat and nothing else. It also instructed me not to eat after noon the previous day.
As soon as I arrived outside the building my coat was quickly taken from me leaving me totally nude and I was led to a line of other naked children (boys and girls) and from then I was totally naked through the whole ordeal.
We were weighed (the nurses tutted at me for having shoes and took them off) and then I was taken into the examination room.
I got laxatives to clean out my stomach at the place where the exam took place. They washed my body before the exam. I also got a traditional enema before the exam to clean out my stomach, and stomach was cleaned out by a tube incerted into my anus that was connected to some pump and flush mashine.
Parts of my body got numbed by a shot with a syringe. I got lubricating and numbing cream into my vagina. I got some numbing and lubricating cream injected into my anus. The anesthesia only took away pain.
There were multiple times I was to change position on the table as I was examined. I was placed to lay on my back with streight legs. I was also placed to lay on my stomack with streight legs. I was placed to lay on my right and also on my left side
PHYSICAL TESTING
After the table examination I was instructed to do a variety of exercises running jumping jacks situps all til I was completely exhausted. I had to do some physical work like cycling or running on a threadmill when ECG and breathing analysis was performed.
RADIOLOGIC EXAMINATIONS
After that they led me to a room like a studio and put a protective mask over my eyes so they could do x-ray pictures of me. I heard others there with me (I think other kids) but we were asked not to talk. They took chest x-ray pictures. They took x-ray pictures of my hip area.
INSPECTIONS WITH INSTRUMENTS INSERTED INTO BODY OPENINGS
They used a speculum in my vagina. They inspected me through my anus high up with a flexible scope. The doctor explored my vagina with a finger. The doctor explored my anus with a finger.
After using it in my vagina they took the speculum out and put it in my mouth to look inside my throat. I asked if that should be and they said you put your fingers in your mouth after touching yourself don't you? it's fine
They went on for a long time. The door to the room was open and many people came in and out including other children.
ARRANGEMRNTS AFTER THE EXAM
I had catheter into my bladder. They drained my bladder completely with the catheter. Had me stay nude in the waiting area for close to an hour afterwards. Only then was my coat given back and I was hurried outside before I could put it back on. They gave me back the wrong shoes (did not fit) and no socks so I had to go home barefoot. I had walked there so I walked back. I attended ordinary daytime school. It was a regular school.
COMMENTS
Basically this is acomprehensive health and development check performed according to a standardized procedure in selected communities in all parts of the world. It still happens and even more than before. The main purpose of the procedure when done on healthy children is surveillance and research on the young population. But it is also used for check of individual children that the authorities are concerned about.
Due to the techical development this protocol now usually also include scoping of the urinary system and colon, and is often done under general anesthesia, so that the kid is not fully aware of what is done always. I suspect some kind of such scoping was done here also, but it is difficult to remembereverything or discern one thing form another.
There is not always a good quality controle about how the staff behaves during these ordeals, which can make them feel free to twist the procedure in ways for own sexual gratification and fun, which seem to be the case here. Also whwn many children are included one will often reduce privacy to spare time.

Boy, 12yo, Cystoscopy and anal inspection for urinary infection
I had cystoscopy - I am male.This was my first.The exam took place in North America. Houston Texas. 12 years old. Years 1970-1979. Cystoscopy occured in a hospital.Parents said something like: The doctor shall look at you down in your stomach.
PREPARATIONS:
Had to stop eating several hours before the cystoscopy. Had to undress completely and go to bed. Got a hospital gown before going to bed. The nurse had me get on a gurney and she pushed me down the hall to a special room on a different floor. The whole bed was rolled with me/she/he upon when the time for the exam had come. Got to a special preparation room.
Given enema during preparations.Taken vitals like temperature heart rate and blood pressure. Nurse noted to the doctor that I had pubic hair and he told her to save it off She got some soap and lathered up my pubic area and shaved off the hair.
God lubricating and pain-killing fluid inserted in through the pee-hole. Got a shot to calm down and make sleepy.
Was totally naked during exam. Lay on back with legs in stirrups. When I got into the room they scooted me onto a big table and took off my gown so I was completely naked. They hooked me up with various wires The nurse swabbed my penis and groin with iodine which stung.
HOW THE EXAM IS REMEMBERED
They put a rigid stick-like cystoscope in through the urethra.They pumped up and irrigated bladder with water when looking inside.
After the cystoscopy they put a catheter in my urethra which was hooked to a bag.
They inspected anus with a scope.Rolled me on my side with leg bent They stuck a metal tube up my anus It hurt

ARRANGEMENTS AFTER THE EXAM
Had catheter in the bladder some time after the exam. Had to stay in bed more that a day after the exam.
I had the catheter for two days and could only wear a gown I was in the hospital two more days and could wear pajamas I got shots twice a day while I was there They took urine samples daily
DIAGNOSIS AND FOLLOW-UP
Diagnosis - urinary infection. Got mediaction for infection. Had to have a cathetherization routine.
REASON AND JUDGEMENT
The reason was problems with urination. It was painful.It was humiliating or awful, but still it It was useful.
COMMENTS
It is standard recommendation in many sources that all boys wich has had symptoms of urinary infection shall have cystosopy. Even though it is seldome told about in public information, the anus, lower colon or the whole colon is nearly always inspected at the same event or a close event.
The story does not tell if the boy had such symptoms or that the indection got detected by the exam.
The age of 12 is a very common age for boys to have their first cystosocpy. It is possible that this community did this procedure on all boys of that age, or on all boys that had a history of health problems, and that the infection was just detected by the cystosopy. Possibly this also happened to girls.

Girl, 16yo, Western Europe, Exensive digestive tests for behavior issues
I am a female. I was a teenager. My exact age when this occured. 16 Year 1990 - 1999. In western Europe. I was examined in a hospital.
EXAM OVERVIEW
They examined my organs inside my stomach. They examined my rectal zone. They took x-rays of the examined areas. I was totally naked.
ARRANGEMENTS
My positions during the exam: laying down in panties soft restraints arms and legs The first thing they did with me:. stripped me to panties put me in bed and soft restraint arms and legs, then eneral exam head neck chest limbs, then start exam of abdomen by listening several doctors at same time, then tapped over my abdomen around my navel one doctor others looked on.
Therafter palpation of organs vital first liver kidney spleen stomach bladder. Rgereadter very detailed palpation of intestines small and large literally tried to feel each and every loop. The exam ended by several fluid wave tests over colon stomach and entire abdomen.
Please add further comments: intestine exam very meticulos, lasted at least an hour, still feel doctors hand sinking into belly.
They did not examne my urinary system. They did not do a genital exam.
JUDGEMENT
What do you think was the reason for this exam? punishment and research.
MORE ABOUT RECTAL AND COLOBIC EXAM
They examined my rectum with an inserted finger. They took specimens from my rectum or bowel with some tube-like instrument. They took some measurements inside my rectum or bowel with a long tube-like instrument. They looked in through my rectum with a rigid optical scope. They performed a full colonoscopic exam of my entire bowel.
SYMPTOMS AFTER THE EXAM
I had strange pain or irritation in my rectal zone and stomach as if my rectum or bowel had been secretly examioned. The exam did not result in any diagnosis.
COMMENTS
It looks like they were investigating causes in the digestive system of the girl for bad behavior or behavior that was regarded as abnormal or unwanted. There are many accounts pointing to medical projects connecting pelvic and digestive issues to bahavior problems. Possibly this connection was researched in a project that used the girl. This may feel that punishment for the kid involved.

Got no explanation. The exam was a total surprize. sdfg Had to stop eating several hours before the cystoscopy. Given laxatives at home before the exam. Got to a special preparation room. Had to undress completely and go to bed. Given enema during preparations. The whole bed was rolled with me upon when the time for the exam had come. Taken vitals like temperature heart rate and blood pressure.

HOW THEY EXAMINED ME
They put a rigid stick-like cystoscope in through the urethra. They put a flexible snake-like cystoscope in through the urethra. They pumped up and irrigated bladder with water when looking inside. They took out the scope and inserted a new scope to take further specimens. The scope or a new intrument was inserted even further up towards the kindeys.
They also used an ultrasond probe on the stomach to inspect the bladder area. They inserted an ultrasond probe in through the anus to inspect the bladder and genital area. They made an ultrasound exam of the scrotum and testicles.
They inspected the whole colon - full colonoscopy.
ARRANGEMENTS AFTER THE EXAM
Had catheter in the bladder some time after the exam. Had to stay in bed some hours after the exam. Got medicines into urethra with a syringe after the exam.
DIAGNOSIS AND FOLLOW-UP
Diagnosis - low bladder capasity. Got mediaction for infection. The reason was problems with urination.
JUDGEMENT
It was humiliating or awful.
COMMENTS
What is reportet as a flexible scope was probably a tube used to pump in fluid to test the bladder capacity and reaction.
What is reported as full colonoscopy was probably a tibe inserted and inflated to test the reactions in the colon.
Flexible scopes were not in use before 1960, and therefore the things reported was probably some other things.

I am female.It happened in Latin America.1980-1989, 11 year old12 years old13 years old14 years old15 years oldMy parents just took me I don't know about any information.My parents drove me to the exam.At a regular hospital.Children that had been treated or examined by a psychologist or psychiatrist beforehand.All children that have shown more than just standard interest for sexual matters.Children with some kind of unusual bahavior or interests.Children in foster care homes or the like.It was in Venezuela. I knew some kids from a local orphanage from my school and all of them were there in addition to all of us who had been caught having private conversations and explorations of sex.
PREPARATIONS AND ANESTHESIA
They washed my body before the exam.I was totally naked through all the procedures.The staff took my clothes of some time before the anesthesia had made its effect.I had to strip totally naked before the exam.They placed me upon something like a dentist's chair but with devices to lift my legs onto.I was placed to lay on my back with my legs flexed up spread and mounted upon two devices.I got electrodes on my cheast.I got electrodes on my stomach or hip region.I got something to swallow.I got anesthesia gas to breath in through a mask.The anesthesia only took away pain.The anesthesia made me relaxed but I was conscious.I was mostly awake during the procedure despite anesthesia given.
They took groups of us boys and girls into each examination room took all of our clothes off of us (and took them away out of the room) and sat us in these chairs with our legs held up and ankles strapped in. We were given a small paper cup of liquid and just a brief inhale of gas from a mask. We could all see each other's genitals clearly. The first thing they did after the anaesthesia was to wash all of our bodies with washcloths then they shaved all of our pubic hair off.
EXAMINATION WITH EXTERNAL EQUIPMENT
They performed an analysis of my breathing and oxygen uptake where I had to breath into a tube.I had to do some physical work like cycling or running on a threadmill when the ECG and breathing analysis was performed.They examined my genitals with an ultrasound device.They had electrodes at my genitals to record functions in this area.
INTERNAL EXAMINATIONS
They used a speculum in my vagina.They inspected my vagina with a scope.They inspected my anus with a speculum.The doctor explored my vagina with a finger.The doctor explored my anus with a finger.They also looked inside mouth and ears like a standard exam.
SOCIAL INTERRROGATION COMBINED WITH TESTING OF PSYCHOLOGICAL AND BODILY REATCTIONS
They spent a lot of time rubbing my vagina and touching my lips as well as massaging my breasts and pinching my nipples. I saw them doing something similar to the boys in the room to their genitals. They also touched our legs a lot.
I had electrodes on my body.I lay with my legs in stirrups some time after the exam. We spent a long long time in the examination room naked with our legs elevated asking us a great deal of questions about sex and our experiences. They measured our response to this asked if we got aroused easily and what happened to our body when we did.
There was also measuring and talking about our development (when was first period etc)Finally the beds were adjusted so we could sit up but our ankles still held in and legs still spread. We were instructed to look at each other thoroughly. Those who had to pee they brought a glass jar and had them pee into it.
HOW THE ORDEAL ENDED
As we were let out they told us now we have seen each other's bodies we shouldn't worry about covering up if we're changing clothes or something. All of us were led out of the examination room and taken home without getting dressed (they gave our clothes to our parents) and then I went home with my parents.I attended ordinary daytime school.It was a pretty poor school. Attendance was low for everyone.
COMMENTS
This seemed to be a general health exam combined with a surveillance of habits, reactions and social relations, and children that the society thought was of some risk were selected for the exam. It looks however that the staff exaggerated the intimate testings for own sexual gratification.
