I can suggest a few good pubs only a couple of miles from the Memorial Ground. From memory there's not a lot around there that I'd care to be in. Going up there tomorrow for a night-out so I'll scout it first -- Swans Fans Messageboard

Let us know the pub you'll be in and how to get there. I didn't bother getting a ticket cos I thought I could pay on the day (but you can't). Ordered a ticket last night so hope it arrives saturday morning (I'm going anyway) -- Tickle my Top, 09:22:59 06/04/01 Fri

        There's two pubs by Parkway - teh tavern and another one. Try there from 11:30 onwards. I'm not sure there's much near the ground so I may stay there, or the Orchard in Bradley Stoke. -- SHB, 12:58:22 06/04/01 Fri
