Subject: guys, read this

sup all, it was my idea for the application to join the guild-i saw it when i was about to join one of the largest guilds in my 'shard'(or server for you non-UO players)-they had it setup where the application was in fact on the web page itself, and had a bunch of questions, yes or no, what would you do here, are you this type of person etc etc-all different types of questions and it would then email it to the people who had to decide if you were in or not-that way if we wanted someone at least a little dedicated in being in a guild we would know because they took time to not only check out our site for one, but also fill out our application and send it off-this maybe could be a little intro into what could be a system to getting people into the guild-then maybe if you deem their application worthy of guild material then maybe you can go out and do active stuff with them, and if they are lower lvl characters then have them group with the really active people in the guild round their lvl and get a report from them 'yea, he was an asshole' to 'this guy was really cool about everything etc etc' and have kinda like a report done up on them-this is just a little bit of a thought-i am really not sure about the cut off level thing-it seems really sensible cause we dont want this guild with alot of powerful people(like me baby! cause you know i beat zekes arse!)-but like 10 times as many weaker people who might just end up gettin tired of playing when their character is lvl 15 or so and make a new character because they saw how powerful an enchanter can be and they were some shitty fighter-personally, i know this may sound weird coming from me but i think that a lvl 20 cutoff or at least lvl 15 cutoff should be about right, cause at least lvl 20 people have put some real time into their characters-ive heard that MFH or whatever that guild abbreviation is has a cutoff at lvl 15 or so-but that doesnt mean that they have to 'accept' people at lvl 15-that just means they will consider letting them in, just because we make a cutoff point doesnt mean that we would be obligated into letting a lvl 15 character in, if we feel like we would be having to many low characters then we can just say ummm...no-but anyways, those are just some of my ideas and all-and i totally agree with the ideas of some other members about a small guild and all-but if we could do it right we can hold a larger one also-and i also agree with being careful about who we invite in the guild and all-that is how it should be from the very beginning-but anyways i dont feel like ragging on anymore so im about to get in EQ now-oh yea zeke, just find some cheap web site that yahoo or any search engine will find and just have it take you straight to this site so you dont have to change anything except put a lil html into a new free page-that would be the easiest way for ya-anyways im out
