Subject: Fiery Avenger - Not a holy sword?

I recently read a statement from Brad McQuaid (sp)and he stated that all the equipment he used was obtainable by a level 50, nothing was GM-tweaked. As most people know, Aradune wields a fiery avenger... and he's a ranger. Does this mean the Fiery Avenger is NOT a holy sword as rumoured? His green splint is known to exist, and he is a human (i think) so there's nothing tweaked there. And him saying this does mean that the sword is in the game somewhere... where? useable by whom? Maybe a very hidden NPC deep in Nagafen's Lair (the highest dungeon in the game they say) wields it, ready for an unsuspecting party to venture into his lair. Or perhaps the fiery Lady Vox of Permafrost holds it... yeah, why would a dragon have a sword you say? Well, Lockjaw carries a vest doesn't he?

The oaken scimitar is known to exist now... and now a new Obsidian Scimitar is revealed (7 damage 20-odd delay buffs Agility i think, druid only). The first idea for a guild adventure I ever had was traveling across Norrath hunting out equipment for all, a Dark Reaver for the SK, ghoulbane for the paladins, ebony blades for the ranger, blah blah.
