ok I have found out where to get J boots, and all we really need is 3 or 4 people lvl's 25 - 30 to camp for it. it's a no trade item, so teamwork is necesarry to obtain it and you can't buy it from anyone. i would like to get a few of us together and camp so we can all get j boots.

oh and for a bonus, the room where you camp also gives damask armor, stilleto of the bloodclaw, and ashenwood spears. also nearby in the same dungeon you can camp for flowing black robes, runed books, traveler's packs, ogre war mauls, large bronze armor, tentacle whips, and if your an evil char there is a quest for a blued 2 handed hammer, a very nice blunt weapon.

not much for exp when your lvl 30, but the loot is incredible and most easy to get - you just have to be extreemly patient cause the j boots are dropped only rarely, and sometimes it takes all night to get one pair. I don't even have a pair yet, and i have camped it for over 10 hours.
