Well. druids are about the second best DDers in the game.. bar none.. The combust is comparable to the same clerical undead spell at 34..

And theres something that i have found irking about kiting.. I used to do it dont get me wrong.. And i loved it.. I loved to brag to so and so about how much better i was simply cause i could kill things that they couldnt.. hehe.. (Retribution for being called useless as a newb..) Now the more that i play Quellious as a Cleric (this might have something to do with it..) The more i realize.. Kiting is wicked cheap..

LEt me give examples.. there is a guy ironhew who has ruby chest.. Now for those of you who know.. this is carried by avatar of fear.. level 40 mob.. He is level 34 maybe.. When rathe went to kill avatar.. yuki was 40.. And mills was support.. The teams was at 40.. they killed avatar.. and it was an event.. What happend on quellious? Druids kited the fricken avater.. that doesnt seem right.. That person shouldnt be able to awuire that item..

Not only this.. They kite stuff like karg.. Then taunt zeke with gigantic zweihander.. And other stupid shit.. If you take away kiting.. ie snare.. then the druid cant do these things.. and is forced.. like everyone else in the game to group..

In order to kite properly.. one needs to be a)running faster than the mob b) able to slow down the mob and c) have dots..

Thats only the druid.. Shaman doesnt have snare.. neither does necro..

I feel the way in which these people are using kiting is a serious abuse of EQ.. Some people are at least decent about it.. They run away and cast.. etc.. but when you dot and med.. you are really abusing the whole system.. and are taking on a thing you *shouldnt*, and i emphasive that word.. shouldnt.. be capable of killing..

I know i might piss some off.. but i think its definitly an unfair advantage..
