He looks up and his children and gives a weak smile, beaming at the sight. "Well now that you're all here," he says with a grin as if letting them know he wasn't afraid of what was to come. "I wanted to tell you all goodbye.. and that I love you," he says not knowing how else to say it. He sits waiting, knowing his time was short, already making an effort to breath, but he wasn't ready to go.. Not yet.

Reaver sighed, feeling this were suppose to move him, but it really didn't. He were sad of course, dying were never 'easy'. But mostly sad that he didn't really know his parents all that well. Like so many other wolves, he'd left them and started his own life. He looked over at Acidalia, wondering what she were thinking. This ment she would leave Howling Rift, she'd be able to start her own family. Her life. He shrugged and walks up to his father, laying down beside him. "I love you too, father," he said and nuzzled the old wolf. His last chance to say it before it were too late.

Furie still sat were her father had left her, looking at her grandfather with large green eyes and ears back. Not liking being in a strange pack with wolves she didn't know at all. Didn't Rose live here? The one that were suppose to be her mother? She shrugged too, not knowing what to do she just satt here silently. Watching, but not moving.

Still laying by her mate's side she found the scene almost amusing. She'd runned after Reaver to find him when he were a kid and now he were still lost for her. And in the prosses she's lost Acidalia by not being there for her. She sighed, life never ended up being what you wanted it to be... She were glad her children were happy, though, it were the only thing she wanted for them. Happiness.

Kind of 'sweet' that Wild Rose will die of a broken heart...
