Hiding a laugh she looks serious as she still waits. Not bothering to wonder about Hunter, she'd forgotten him already. "Well..?" she asked gently, not wanting to seem unpationt (hu?), but couldn't help herself.

Deciding this was all that would show up. She starts, speaking clearly yet firmly, "We've decided to hold a pack hunt. I smell deer nearby but we may have to go further into the forest before we find anything worth while," she says with a careless glance to the woods behind her, "So, if we're already, then let's begin shall we?" she says, looking at them all expectingly.

As if to say she was ready to hunt, she nods. She looks to the group for them to do the same, happy with her beta position, it wasn't alpha but hey, she could still have a mate and pups, and that was all she asked. She sniffs into the wind slightly, catching the scent of deer in the breeze. She looks in that direction but waits patiently for the others.

Like Rose she gave a small nod that she were ready, before pacing after the others. Making sure she didn't walk infront of the alpha or beta females, but trying to stay in front of the rest. Thay way being more dominating, hoping for a rank as gamma. It weren't enough for having kids, but it gave her a better rank then 'subordinate'. The word made her sick...

The alpha femme stands and motions for everyone to follow. They walk a good distance through the woods until she catches the scent of a nearby deer and croutches down. Her tail drags on the ground as she walks closer, body nearly touching the ground as she moved. Her gaze is set on the deer, a doe, but it would have to do. She hopes the others will notice the prey she has spotted but hisses for them to be silent as they approach closer...

He gives Winter a small nod to tell her he has seen the doe. Chrouching as close to the ground as possible, he tries to sneak around their prey so they can attack it from both sides. He looks back to see where the others are. As soon as everybody had found their position, they will attack.

He follows the alphas gaze and spies the deer. He mimics their position and croutches, difficult due to his massive frame. He would take the deer from behind... He waits for a signal and sits silently.

The femme had already spotted the deer and moves swiftly to the right side and takes position. She waits for one of the alphas to move and swishes her tail silently as she lays low on the ground.

She takes her place beside Curse, keeping her eye on the deer, she looks back to the others, seeing if they were ready, hoping they were. She stays still and waits.

Seeing that most of the others are ready, the alpha male decides to attack before the doe notices them. One moment Curse is crouched down behind grass and bushes, the next he is racing towards the doe on strong legs, going for it's feet.

The female springs to her feet and runs towards the deer, long graceful strides to catch up to it. She covers the distance quickly and begins to try and bring the deer down by jumping and biting at the doe's neck.

He sees his alphas get up and follows at a run. He gets behind the deer, avoiding getting kicked in the face. He bites down on the doe's hoof and pulls hard bringing the deer's feet up from under it. The doe stumbles and falls, still alive and trying to escape.

The beta female follows the rest and when the deer is down she tries to bite at the deer's stomach, but is kicked in the ribs by the doe. Rose falls to the ground, pain throbbing in her ribs, chest burning. She curses herself for being so careless and lays still until she can recover her breath.

At once the doe falls to the ground, Curse lunges at it's neck and closes his strong jaws around it's throath, holding it down and trying to squeeze the life out of it. He quickly changes grip and diggs deeper into the flesh without giving the doe a chanse to get free, going for the artery.

The massive male walks behind the deer and joins Curse until the deer lies on the ground dead. He walks over to Rose and nudges her until she gets up and waits for the alpha to take the first bite before he begins to eat...

The femme stands with effort, gasping quietly until her breath regulates. She stands over the deer and waits for Curse to begin to eat.

Curse grins, pleased with their successful hunt and the taste of warm blood in his mouth, and starts to eat of the best parts.

The femme begins to eat as well, since she was beta she was allowed to eat before the other wolves but after the alphas. She eats her fill and tears off a large portion of flesh for the alpha female who rested in the den while she awaited to give birth. She stands when she finishes and looks to Curse to see if she was allowed in the den to bring food to Winter..

The omega pads over to the kill and begins to eat, not noticing the hiarchy of who ate first... He sits over the deer greedily and eats.

The male growls, his voice dangerously low as he looks at Hunter. He bites Hunter on the muzzle and throws him towards the ground. "Those who didn't hunt eat last, omega," he says with a slight snarl, feeling guilty as he did so, after all Hunter was his son. But that was the way the law of the land worked. He begins to eat, looking at Hunter with daring eyes.

The female waited, she hadn't been in the hunt to such a degree as the rest. She were also not one of the leading wolves, and she didn't want to take the risk of a attack. It would pay of following the rules, even if it ment having a emphty somack for a while. Seeing Hunter being put in his place made her smile, thought. Mocking him with his rank, not sure why she enjoy it so much...

But unlike him... she had the pation to wait until the higher ranks were done. She were sure Keiko had a high rank, maybe around gamma something. At least he acted like that. She sighed.

As soon as he is finished, Curse leaves for the den and Winter. He gives Rose an approving nod as he walks by her, alowing her to follow with the meat.
