Question: If the police came to your house and said "Mr. so and so, we have been told you have videos, CDs and some books that your government does not approve of. We are coming into your house to ransack and search, and you either step aside and let us or we'll take your business, home and car till you do! There is a ban on this material" Would you let them? That's what they want done to gun owners. If you are an American and think this is right, I salute you! SIG HEIL!!!!
>>Surrendering firearms would be the stupidest, most
>ignorant things Americans could do. First off, anyone
>who has been a victim of crime knows that talk and
>stun guns, tasers and pepper spray are a poor match
>for a determined criminal. Those who disagree are
>being hoplessly naive. Second, gun control is about
>people control. The wealthy and powerful are happy to
>have the rest of us be murdered, helpless and under
>their control as they dictate our lives to us. Who
>lobbies for gun control? Dianne Feistein who herself
>carries a powerful revolver with a license? Other
>celebrities who themselves own guns? Celebrities who
>did their best to circle around California's gun laws
>during the riots so they could protect themselves with
>guns they want you and me to surrender?
>Do you trust your government not to lie to you and
>take over your life? You who think you own your home
>till you miss a payment on property taxes. You who
>get angry at the lies your government tells you
>openly. How bout those who were not willing to have
>their weapons taken in Illinois till your government
>took their homes and personal belongings to coerce
>them?
>Those who tell you that gun control is for your good
>are lying to you. Keeping guns from harming people is
>about responsibility and education, not about letting
>the US government have another alley through which to
>dictate what you can and cant own. Oh, and if you are
>not convinced that your officials who want to disarm
>you are your enemies, consider this: The constitution
>grants freedom of speech and press, yet your elected
>officials have promised to throw NRA members who speak
>on their behalf in jail!! In other words "you do as
>your told, or we will nail you, phooey with the laws
>we are sworn to uphold." Think it can't happen to
>you? Think again. The American Civil War was fought
>over rights. Indeed the rights to own slaves were
>wrong, but today it is about the right to own
>firearms, not people. Think it cant happen?? Read
>some history.
>Those who would have us surrender our gun rights. Are
>>the very same people that would have us become a
>>society of sheep. Our fore fathers saw it as a right
>>to bear arms. In the event that our own Government
>>becomes abusive. We have the capacity to make them
>>reconsider. We do not stand a chance against the arms
>>of the army and national guard. But, with heavy armed
>>resistance, corrupt or abusive politicians would think
>>twice. Our own Army is made up by the people, for the
>>people. To leave ourselves naked is to surrender that
>>small bit of insurance. As for crime, the old saying
>>is true. People kill people, not guns. Should we
>>outlaw fertilizer, amonia, gasoline, and hundreds of
>>other products that are used in homemade bombs.
>>Our system of justice needs to deal harshly with those
>>who commit serious crime with guns. This possible if
>>we cleaned out our jails of non violent drug related
>>offenders. Lets get our prioritys in order.
