Takali's is a place that is really just a run-down bar and an expensive, classy
restaurant all rolled into one. On one side of the restaurant, there's broken-down
tables and drunks all the time, and on the other side, there's fancy tables and
people that come here to dress up. It's strange, but ol' Takali actually made it
that way. A sign on the door even says "Angels and Demons alike are welcome
here." It's no surprise that almost everyone comes here.

As you look around, you're handed a menu to look at while you wait to be seated. Inside
the menu, all that it says is "We serve everything, and if we can't make
something you name, you get a free meal."
