Oh I Am So Sorry, I Didn't Mean To Upset You. Sheesh You Are All So Uptight. What Is Wrong With All Of You? I'll Leave As Soon As I Dry Up All Of that Nice Fresh Water That I Gave You. She Thinks Hard About A Drought And Then Says "I Wish For A Drought To Come To Black Hawk Canyon!" Then All Of The Water Begins To Dry Up. She Says "Drought End!" And She Leaves The Canyon. Leaving Them With No More Water Than The Little Tiny Puddle They Had Had Before She Had Come Through.

She Sneers Back And Says "Let An Unstopable Drought Come To Black Hawk Canyon." Then All The Water Went Away. NOTICE: THIS IS AN UNSTOPABLE DROUGHT! YOU CAN NOT BRING ANY WATER BACK FOR 5DAYS! YOU MUST NOW GO TO THE SACRED POOL AND TAKE YOUR CHANCES!

She flattens her ears and approaches Mist. "I don't know if you realized, but when given the powers of weather, you can check with Vitara, it does not give you the power of drought." She snarls and turns her back, walking away.
