It may be wishful thinking on your part to think of Brian Bosma as governor material, but that amount of lazy parallel building doesn't cut it in this discussion.

The guy you wrote couldn't even retain a majority of your fellow dumb Republicans, so it's highly unlikely he could garner the support necessary to pass a bill that may have something to do with moving "gay rights" forward, but would have no effect re: sodomy laws targeted toward the homosexual community. That's the topic under discussion.

You silly political nuts that believe minority constituencies, such as black people and young women, can be "finessed" by addressing such concerns as Affirmative Action and Abortion, respectively, are kidding yourselves big time and that activity certainly won't work in the diverse gay community; some of whom are life-long members of the GOP!

Let's see what other crap you wish to stir up by employing the well-used reactionary tactics of obfuscation and misdirection:

No, my understanding of you being on "my side" re: this very specific, targeted discrimatory act begins with sodomy law abolition and ends with the repeal of same sodomy laws. I thought when I wrote above "You see, to actually be on 'my side' is to oppose such discriminatory laws wherever and whenever they might be enacted", that might be a clue that I didn't mean each and every aspect of gay rights, however, you're notorious for being absolutely cluess about so many subjects, so there is no suprise at all that should be registered at this time.

Either you follow the bible, or you don't. I doubt very seriously that it's suddenly permissable to pick and choose which sections of such so-called scriptures you might like to agree with. KJV indicates such sex acts are morally despicable or abhorrent and there are "green lights" aplenty that justify killing such people who might be inclined to perform such activities and, of course, their defenders (myself included). Also, I'm sure plenty Christian conservatives oppose the Texas law, because they are either gay themselves, have a gay relative/friend, or have come to the realization that being a bigot is wrong and they are slowly working their way toward becoming a less childish individual. Make sure to write back when you have made that first important step.

Oh, you poor put-upon small man. I'm so sorry that you would claim that falsehood when someone you never met disagrees w/you on almost everything. Something tells me, although, that neither of us will lose any sleep over such whiney stylings and admissions at this location by yourself, so find a better way to end such cavilling the next time you opt to post such disingenuous notions at the bar.
