Hey, J. Croft, you certainly know how to argue a point without cursing, being obscene, and generally behaving like an 8th-grader trying show off for his buddies in the locker room. Way to go.

Four years later and you still can't use any fucking logic! You either want the government out of our private lives, or you want government in our private lives.

Exactly what about my position is inconsistent?

This is what I think:

1. Sodomy laws that target only a specific group of people (homosexuals) are unconstitutional because they violate the 14th Amendment's requirement of equal protection under the law.

2. Sodomy laws that apply to everyone are permissable under the Tenth Amendment.

3. Whether the laws are constitutionally permissable or not, they should be repealed. Government has no business regulating the sex lives of consenting adults.
