Quite frankly, I'm too busy to listen to the latest scheme by the, pro-war ppl to "get on board the Bush bandwagon & roll into Baghdad", so I must thank you, Joyce, for bringing up the subject. It's becomes very obvious that our pro-war friends will say anything to continue their jingoism.

First, I would wonder where is their concern about human rights in regards to Kuwait? As you alluded, wasn't the pro-war line some 12 years ago about "liberating" that country? They, meaning the Kuwaiti people, are even less free under the monarchy of the Emir than individuals in many other rich arab nations, such as Egypt and Yemen. And, as many of us know, Parade Magazine had an interesting survey out in their lastest issue over the weekend that ranked Saudi Arabia as an even worse dictatorship than Iraq and North Korea (PDRK) topped the list! It seems our pro-war friends aren't concerned about the very real human rights abuses in those countries the United Snakes opts to do business, chiefly the Bush family interests in The Carlyle Group with several prominent Saudi business leaders.
