it's because IPSC wiped them out. i can tell you who won the 77 Nat'ls, Kirk kirkam. I can tell you who won it in 78, Ross Siefried. I didn't go to the one in 79, 80 USchamp was Leatham, IIRC, and he was just 19, I think I had to get ready for the world shoot in 79, in S Africa. Von Sowenfrai won the 79 world shoot, and the optometrist from Rhodesia won in 1970. If I think IPSC is realistic, WHY do I always insist on having a suppressor on a shorty CAR -15, with subsonic .22lr ammo for use in the .22 conversiion unit? Come on, twit, lets' see your "answer".
