AND the Number One Favorite JAG Episode of all time is (like we didn’t see this coming!) . . . . [Drum roll please!]

1. Lifeline (Season 6, Episode #132, Production #131)

Original air date: May 8, 2001
Written by: Larry Moskowitz
Directed by: David James Elliott

The fan commentary:

The looks, the kiss, the hand touch . . . That is what I will remember about Harm and Mac. Their acting was superb!

It embodies all that I love about JAG. The relationship between Harm and Mac.

. . . for obvious reasons. That kiss gave me metacarpal syndrome for my rewinding the remote many times. LOL!

This epi clearly showed they love each other and have so many pent up feelings. Harm and Mac cleared the air, so to speak, and both realized they might lose each other. I think Mac realized she was marrying Brumby for all the wrong reasons and Harm realized that he was letting go of the woman he loved most and wanted to be with the rest of his life.

. . . because it's a synthesis of relation between H&M. the Kiss is a magic moment.

It didn't resolve anything, but it's one shipper scene after another. Most of the wonderful moments up to that point that showed their commitment and feelings toward each other. If only they had followed the natural progression the next season.

Anyone who spends all the time at her engagement party with another man is deceiving herself. You could just feel the love between these two.

. . . because it shows Harm and Mac at their best and worst and still in love. And that kiss is SO good. If only Mac had broken the engagement with Bugme and Harm had dumped Renee, it would have been perfect.

. . . we get to see how much Harm truly wants Mac. The porch scene kiss was so great. I loved when he grabbed her to him and she didn't really resist. She did have a surprised look on her face as she stared at him when the kiss was over. Harm just remained quietly looking at her and never said a word.

. . . sigh

Because of the Kiss. I also loved the fact that we saw past episodes of the H/M relationship, from the beginning to that point in time.

That is the one that really got me hooked. Or should I say addicted?
