I was going to post this inside, but after all the trouble I had with trying to, I figured, "What the heck." Judi, if it takes up too much space, feel free to re-post it any way you like.

Each of Us Angels . . .

What a wonderful episode! Of course, as a shipper you could hardly expect me to dislike an episode where two people who look just like H & M fall in love, would you? LOL! (Neither would I.)

BTW, if you haven't seen the ep, yet, skip the rest of this post. Contains Spoilers! (or whatever.)

A couple of things that struck me – JMJ and Scott Lawrence can do more with just a little than most actors who get a whole show to themselves. That chaplain was nearly as memorable as the confused CPO in "GOCP," and Scott Lawrence made a "common" seaman into a very uncommon character – a most human balancing point between the detached "professionalism" of some of the staff and the complicated anxieties of the various patients. Did you see his reaction at the end? It was almost a poignant as "Ron's."

When you think about how long some of these people have worked together, it's interesting to see them relating to each other in a different way. I don't mean Bud and Harriet arguing – we've seen enough of that this year. I mean the way "Joanie" related to "Cpl. Tanner" among others. I barely recognized Tiner under all that make-up, but I thought he did an outstanding job as the wounded Marine. Did anyone else but me think he was going to turn out to be the older man at the cemetery?

They tried for some contrast: Nice, hopeful Bud as crusty, pessimist of a doctor (didn't like him); Capable, self-reliant Coates as a flighty, scared recruit (did like her), but basically, Mikey was Mikey, Meredith was Meredith, etc. Which brings us to those other two people, ah, what's-their-names? LOL!

First, yes, Harm in Jammies!!! Yum! At this point, I could (and will) watch the whole thing again just for my daily dose of Manly Arms and chest and eyes and . . . and. . . ;-D
And speaking of six, poor CB is not only pushing the train in front, she's dragging a box car behind! Holy Moses. Her six must be an eight! Either that, or they were trying to make her look like a younger version of those women in the Rubbermaid commercial who are so delighted with the plastic ware that won't show tomato stains. Abbondanza, indeed! LOL!

Beverly and Ron were quite a pair from the start. I loved the doctor scene in the storage room. ROTFLOL and THUD! Can you imagine? Wow, if he wanted to play doctor with me, my heart wouldn't be the only thing racing. Did you just love the expression on Beverly's face when he touched her chest with the stethoscope? Tell me you wouldn't feel just that way.

And the kiss. . . That Kiss . . .I mean, the way he swept her up in his. . .the way he . . . ah . . . when they . . . um . . . I think they probably melted the deck plating before the zero even got there. Oh, man, if only. . .

Their conversation is a whole 'nother subject. How much was Ron and Bev and how much was Harm and Mac? We'll get to that one soon enough.

For now, it's enough to say, I think this one's a keeper - Bring on the Jammies!
