I loved that episode too...Harm look so young in that ballcap. He and Mac became alot closer in that ep too. They talked about things they probably never told anyone. It made them best friends. I loved it. "Stickboy' came out of that. He did look very skinny in this ep...adorably so..sigh (NT) -- mkim, 19:05:07 05/20/05 Fri

Great episode...loved the teasing conversations...loved Harm's concern when Mac was attacked...loved his reliable ability to save the day! (NT) -- psych9, 21:20:02 05/20/05 Fri

I could go on for hours about all the things I love about this episode. BUT for the first time I came across a major inconsistency ( how unusual) Mac went to Red Rock Mesa with uncle Matt a week after her grad when Eddie was killed. She was then dried out and had been sober ever since. Where did the drunken marriage to Christopher Raigle happen? Having just seen "People v Mac", this really jumped out at me. DPB had a major hiccough in continuity here. I was MUCH happier thinking she had dried out right after highschool and not had the other incident.(NT)-- can j - don't worry Mkim, he was only on for one minute tonight - BUT in uniform!!! He was soooooo cute!, 21:25:26 05/20/05 Fri

I was having similar thoughts. This was early on in the series and they created a history for Mac. But must have at the time of writing PvM either not cared about that history or for the sake of the stupid plot line of PvM decided to just rewrite her history. Since I thought she joined the Marines after drying out and she went to Red Rock right after graduation I don’t see when she could have had time to marry Chris unless before she graduated. (NT) -- Hope - who thinks the idea of a long lost husband was the stupidest idea they ever had, 21:33:51 05/20/05 Fri

Exactly Hope! It just cheapened Mac to find out that she had married such a loser and had been pretty wasted most of the time. Especially since we already knew about Uncle Matt and her recovery! (NT) -- cranky can j, 21:48:53 05/20/05 Fri

maybe she married the loser at like seventeen when she ran away from home... then he went to jail then she had the accident.. except there's the slight inconsistency of riding around on a motor cycle with Ragle having a hard time keeping her shirt on... lol (NT) -- Chris K - who never figured out where college fit in either.. have to do that before law school last time I looked., 21:51:24 05/20/05 Fri

Exactly I don't think there is a way to make the two histories work together. I think they tied their hands when they said she dried out right after graduation but didn’t care they had written that because they wanted the ridiculous story of her husband so just went ahead with it and choose never to explain the inconsistencies. (NT) -- Hope, 21:57:55 05/20/05 Fri

can j ...I think that is something tptb do with their strong women characters...they extoll her virtues and then when the mood strikes them...they trash her...IMHO (NT) -- mkim, 23:42:59 05/20/05 Fri
