This is a great episode, and one that shows how good JAG was once. Here's a question for the pundits of the board. Why would TPTB have Harm and Mac hug each other twice, if they didn't want us to infer more of a relationship than friendship? It is my personal opinion, that two friends, and colleagues would not so easily hug each other, if they did not have some special feelings for the other. What do you think? BTW Harm is very hot in this episode, but then he's hot all the time.
