That was the one line I didn't expect... I think that was DPB's safeguard. Next week if there was no news from the network - it would be the springboard for another rift between them.. hence an easy separation to SD... Well, I can't justify *most* of the dialog so far. If I never hated Vickhead before. I do now. I think they were just still trying to sell vic and get rid of Harm. I think the dialog shows how good a lawyer Harm is and that Vic needs to learn and that Harm is the man to teach him. I think Vic is coming across as smug and to full of himself and Harm is putting him in his place. (NT) -- Hope, 21:30:00 04/22/05 Fri

But the second conversation was really good and sounded just like the discussions around here. It was about her going to see Mattie and he said not this time and she commented about her pushing him way. Very good and nice setup for them to start working things out. I think it was important to Mac that Harm know that. Harm has said before that the minute a man shows interest she's ready (and boy has Vic-head shown interest), he's also tweaked her about her fraternization in the past. i said this on the other board..I saw it more as something to use as an excuse to pick a needless fight over- if they wanted to go that way - like paraguay and kissing webb - it wasn't anything but they made a big deal out of it... They probably would have made a big deal about Vuk's flirting with Mac and had Harm create another 'never' situation as the suspicious one and the one who wasn't coming back next season. Even though the line was strange Chris is right have to see them and hear their tone of voice. Mac is very worried about Harm and can see how much she wants to help and how much Harm is trying to keep it all togther. So don�t worry just watch. (NT) -- Hope, 21:45:01 04/22/05 Fri

I really thought that Mac was very calm and understanding. Vuk obviously has a reputation--witness Bud's comment last week--and instead of getting huffy or upset, she just calmly laid her cards on the table. Someone as worried, tired and stressed as Harm was at that point can easily make a mountain out of a mole hill. When people get to a certain stress level, everything is magnified. Another thing that I noticed, it seemed like they flip-flopped two scenes... the first with Mattie just waking up, ok, Harm's in that amazing black shirt, then all of a sudden, they're back at JAG, then he's back at the hospital with the same black shirt on.
