Subject: After the Meltdown, the wipeout...

1- As we say in Puerto Rico, Singer turned out to be una pistola sin registrar (literarly, "an uncheckered gun", sort of a fine term for "slut"). She bedded Sergei, Lindsey, and who-knows-how-many-more. Why it didn't surprise me at all? After all, she was all for advancing her career, even trying the age-old trick of rolling in the hay with whoever could serve her purposes

1a- But hey, Sergei nor Lindsey were the father of her baby? Now we'll have to rewatch our JAG tapes to play the "Catch the Irish if you Can" game. Do you remember the IRA Leader that fathered a baby with an American Lt. on the Trinity ep? Somehow, I think that the answer is aboard the Seahawk...

2- My opinion of the new JAG lawyers (sorry, I don't remember their names)-

> The male Marine officer is a legal shark, tighter than Mac when she began her career. He seems to have a "you're guilty until proven innocent"; last night he wouldn't give Harm a chance. True, a prosecutor must believe in his/er cause, but if there's exculpatory evidence that can exonerate the defendant, don't be so narrow-minded, please, that's not very ethical of you
> The female Navy Lt. is a neat freak, sort of an obsessive-compulsive sufferer. Even Harm was taken aback by the sight of her briefcase and her repetitive pencil sharpening on court. Everybody has their own pet peeves and rituals, but hers were a bit too much
> I don't see chemistry between those two. No shipper future for them IMHO

3- Where was Sturgis last night? Is he part of Webb's undercover operation

IMHO, Meltdown was a quite decent episode-for introducing NCIS-JAG. I miss the time stamp, I miss the Admiral chewing heads around the office, I miss Tiner showing at the door, I miss Harm being himself, I miss Harm in jammies! Paraphrasing Evanescense' song, "Bring my Harm to life!"
