I usually don�t start episode posts, but here�s some random thoughts I haven�t seen posted yet �

1) When Harm said the only thing worse would be if he didn�t have an alibi & his lawyer asked him if he did, for a split second the shipper in me thought "gosh, he�s going to say he was with Mac but he doesn�t want her dragged into it." Well, he should have been with her - or somebody! His not having an alibi suggests he�s spending way too much time alone!

2) Ok, I understand CB�s pregnancy limited Mac's role in this ep -- but if the man I said I was in love with � the man I�ve said was my best friend � the man I risked my life with � the man who's made a promise to father my child � was charged with a murder that I believe he didn�t commit, I don�t think I could stay away from him or his trial regardless of what the Admiral ordered. I�d certainly want to at least see him or talk with him to offer encouragement, even if we didn't talk about the case. It's just hard for me to think that Mac stayed away.

3) I kept waiting for a tie-in between the terrorist and Singer�s death. Like, say, Sergei or Lindsay was involved in espionage or arms sales. So Sergei really is Harm�s half-brother & is still going to get married. Harm better hurry up - Rabb Sr�s first grandbaby may still be Sergei�s after all. Harm could take Mac with him to Russia for the wedding. . .maybe they�ll have to share a hotel room again!

4) Well, I guess Lindsay and Palmer are together in Leavenworth. Maybe they can use the paper clip to bust out, or swap stories on how much they hate Harm. Maybe they�ll say hello to Uncle Matt if he�s still there. Maybe host a JAG prisoner reunion.
