In reply to: Lee 's message, "I have fallen off the shipper fence! (Spoilers...sota of)" on 01:42:04 05/10/03 Sat

Oh crap! I meant to post this inside. Sorry everyone! (NT) -- Lee, 23:08:26 05/06/03 Tue

I'm new here, but had to respond. Yes, Mac said she hadn't seen him in weeks, but it seemed to me like no one else at Jag had either. They all welcomed him back like they hadn't seen him in weeks either. Personally, I think it's a combination of poor writing, the NCIS pilot, and CB being too pregnant to film scenes. On a more positive note this episode was fantastic. (NT) -- Ariel, 00:35:48 05/07/03 Wed

When does she say that? I have rewatched and still haven't heard her say anything like that-- but we had weather interruptions..... (NT) -- manette, 02:40:16 05/07/03 Wed

They were all ordered to stay away in case they were called as character witnesses. This was a murder charge, and he wasn't out on bail. They woudn't have been let withing 2 miles of him. Meanwhile, Mac et al might have been on assignment elsewhere. That happens in the military as we all know. And TPTB are doing the best they can under the circumstances. For all we know he took a bit of R and R after being incarcerated. (NT) -- Cece...but it's ok Lee. The non-shippers need another member to balance us all out...lol., 02:42:35 05/07/03 Wed

I have to echo Cece here. She was flat-out ordered to stear clear of the whole thing. To disobey would have seriously hurt her career and possibly his case. As for the "one foot out the door" comment... yeah, it sounded spiteful, but if you look at it just from her perspective, that is the way it's worked. We have to force ourselves to remember that neither of them have the benefit of seeing all we do about the other. But if you want to be a NS that's ok too. (NT) -- CQ, 04:24:44 05/07/03 Wed

I'm with Cece, CQ, Ariel, et al. Also, we know from our dear Miss M, that there was a line in the script for MD where Harm says 'Go away, Mac,' or something like that, thinking it's her when his lawyer comes. So quiet possibly, he TOLD/relayed to her to stay away. I agree, the writing of NCIS was poor from a JAG perspective. You can do a lot w/one throw away line to explain things. I think IQ (even though I didn't like Singer one bit) and MD will go down as my least fave 'JAG's' of all time, might even overtake TWOG. INSIDE -- CM>^.,.^<, 05:00:12 05/07/03 Wed

i found it unrealistic that she should go to his apartment because she's so concerned about how he's doing after being in the pokey, and she stays two seconds (as soon as he starts to talk)...and -- quickcarla, 06:02:29 05/07/03 Wed

She had to leave, she and Clay were leaving that night. I got the impression--since she was in her 'outfit'and all, that she made a special effort to go and see him before she left, perhaps to reasure herself he'd be okay while she was gone. She leaves the door open, figuratively when she says 'I'm coming back.' I don't think she had any intention of doing anything than inquiring about his welfare when she went over. (NT) -- CM>^.,.^< who thinks Mac gave him plenty to think about, 06:52:29 05/07/03 Wed

With all the Jag mess and add the NCIS foreign domination. This is a bit of a shock and awe how well done this ep was. Besides Mac was really right on the money and Harm needs a bit of jolt when it comes to his love double talking because indeed he is oblivious. If shippers lose one, you gain more troopers after reading the aol chat rooms anc ezboards. You will be greatly missed. (NT) -- ajlover, 11:43:43 05/07/03 Wed
