I think in the begining Harm was pouting and letting his feelings get in his way. When he was severed (loved that), he woke up to what he was doing. I don't think he's sabatoge Mac's chance at judgeship. I think the fact that they are best friends it's only natural to share information with one another even tho it may not be "legal" or appropriate. (NT) -- BTW, very thought provoking post Manette! manette, you make some really good points. I don't know the time lines in JAG land. But it would take a while for Tiner to enter all that data, so I'm thinking Harm did have him do that before he was 'severed' Also, the fact that he had layed out a strategy leads me to believe he might have used that when it was the defenses turn. He just hadn't gotten that far. It's true though he thought his client was guilty when he was pulled off, but he was still working on his strategy. As far as him being sexy, huba huba!!!! I don't think that Harm was giving an inadequate defense either. He thought the guy was guilty ...he said so and tried to get out of defending. He tried to go the best way he could, given as the client insisted on a trial. He didn't ask the questions the client thought he should have asked. The client didn't like the way Harm defended..that doesn't mean that Harm was not doing what he thought was best at the time. As for sharing the info..that was only an idea that Harm had about mechanical failure that he needed to take further. Not enough to submit for evidence, I don't think.
