I know most of you have seen these episodes MANY times before..... but for those of us "catching up" on USA....Yowsa!! - Harm in the gym is something else!!

Those arms! I loved when he was talking to Mac, she walks out and he slams the bag - now THAT was some emotion.... I guess I do like to see a little conflict with these two - cause then when he comes to her hotel room to make peace, he's just so sweet and lovable!!

I think the DD needs to go to Norfolk again - some gym scenes....some hotel scenes... think of the possibilities ladies!! We were all gaga over his arms in civvies on Tues -imagine him in the gym actually FLEXING those arms..... or in the hotel flexing CW (Hey, I can dream LOL!)

Just had to say WOW! with this episode......(and as a side note I thought the plot was pretty good too!)
