I know opinions of this episode varied for several reasons, so I'll focus on the two controversial points: 1) Mac Cleo shows up again wearing her turban instead of her Marine issue cover, and 2) Mac tells Sturgis she loves Harm.

The A plot: Psychic Mac is at it again

The show opens with a dream sequence, Mac is running from someone, though we're never shown who. In the background you can hear hoofbeats and the sound of heavy breathing as she races through the park and nearly trips over a bum. She is startled awake just as the dream is nearing the obvious conclusion, cue opening credits.

Later that morning she shares a little of the dream with Sturgis while they're drinking coffee, waiting for Commander Aiken who is helping them work out an arms agreement I believe. The Commander is late, which is unusual for her. Mac spills coffee on her folder, which somehow is a mythical cue that something's wrong with the Commander, so she and Sturgis go looking for her.

When they get to her apartment, she's not there. Her neighbor mentions that she saw her leaving to go running in Rock Creek Park, and away we go. At the park, Mac realizes that this is where she was running in her dream. She retraces her footsteps, trips over the bum, and finds the dead Commander.

To sum up the rest of the A story, because of Mac's apparently psychic vision, they are able to apprehend the killer and stops *some* dirty plutonium from getting into the wrong hands. How it all works out is something you'll have to watch the show to see.

Ok, psychic Mac is getting to be a bit much for this JAG viewer. I could almost handle her finding Chloe, I knew she would find Harm, but solving a murder based on a dream? Oh brother. However, I will say it was not nearly as... annoying as I thought it was going to be.

The B Plot: Chalk another one up for Harm the patriot

While Mac is in DC chasing the Trojan Horse, Harm is on the Patrick Henry investigating a mishap. We don't see him much (except in one memorable scene when Sturgis calls to ask for advice on how to handle Mac) but at the end he concludes his investigation by thanking the Skipper for being willing to be where he is in the time that he is... yeah, I think this plot was basically just... just a way to give DJE a light week, I don't know. (Hey, that's possible!!)

Now for the other controversial moment: when Mac confessed her feelings for Harm to her door... I mean to Sturgis. First realize that I'm a shipper, so I was very happy to see her say it at all. However, I expected it to be very dramatized and kinda schmaltzy. It really wasn't. When she said it, it wasn't as if she wanted to, in actuality it was as if she was just realizing it for herself and said it outloud on accident. I liked the method as well as the content.

Overall, I liked this episode.
