He knew that he had lost. For all of his fighting skill, he lost. The pain of the newly inflicted wounds coupled with the slash to the throat was enough to overwhelm his senses and render him unconcious.

"She just got lucky, that's all. She's not better than me!" he decided in the split second before losing consciousness. "This isn't over (insert rabbit profanity here, hehe)...."
