Subject: How to Print Report on Printer Sharp AL-840?

I created two applications , one using delphi 3 with quickreport 2 and the other using Delphi 5 with quickreport 3 and both programs fail when try to ptint on printer sharp Al-840.
I need to know why?
and if there is something to do?
