The next morning, on his way out to the alley, Snake passes by Kimberly's door, a sense of dread overcoming him when he realizes its been locked from the outside. That meant something had happened with Dante. Fuck. He fumbles with his electric lockpick and opens the door. The blood-rimmed gash in her shirt causes his jaw to drop - was she even alive? He moves quickly to her side, hand laid on her shoulder, shaking gently. Good, she wasn't cold, so she was alive. "Kimberly? What happened? You okay?" He asks, slight edge of fear in his voice.
