Damn guys, I got out of the habit of checking my own board, and here you are!

It seemed to me that you were pissed at me, and it seemed to coincide with the Xer debacle. I answered you at the Apathons about your FBL championship, and popped in on a thread you were involved in at the Fun House (one from Frosty), and, once I hit the threads, they died. This was all shortly after you ostracized me for telling Xer that he would get the same respect from me that he gives me.

It also should be noted that the comments were in a thread about the demise of the boards due to the cliquing, and was more on the order of 'he doesn't talk to me anymore,' not 'he doesn't like me anymore.'

I know the boards can get out of hand, but, from the middle where I sit, it comes from both directions. Too much blame is given to particular posters, some of whom you obviously enjoyed sparring with. In reality, it's the people who complain that cause the stress on the boards. They bite the bait, get all worked up and put up a fight, then get released. Then they bite again. They don't use any more persuasion in their arguments than do those who they complain about.

Controversy is a board's best friend. Without it, people talk about the weather, and not much else.

I guess it comes down to appearances can be deceiving. I felt really bad that you had posted here a week ago, and I hadn't replied. This board gets so little activity that I come in to dust it once in a while, and Destry's posts are still on the page! I apologize for any impression of ignoring you that you may have gotten! Seriously, if I thought anyone ever posted here, I'd check it more often!
