so just when u think everythings going well

the vets got back the results from the biopsy of the tissue taken from the abcess

and it is discovered that the abcess is part of a very small
very rare malignant tumour attached to the abdominal wall

so they dunno whats up at this point

jimmys still way too weak from the surgery to go back in and try and remove this tumour

its possible the tumour could stay inactive for 5 years,or it could become active tomorrow

hes too weak for any sort of chemo or the like

and we wouldnt put him thru that anyways

i felt sorry for the vet

he was elated yesterday because jimmy was improving so much

and now this

jimmys home till this morning and has to go back for something,i forget what

he looks strange with a drain tube (needs syringing (draining) 4 times/day) coming out of this huge scar on his belly

then hes home for the long weekend

things arent very fair sometimes
