I would like to welcome you and your family to the 2002 Miss and Master Southern
USA National Beauty Pageant for girls and boys. The pageant will be held on
Panama City Beach at the Boardwalk Beach Resort and Conference Center.
Contestants from all States are invited to attend. We believe in complete honesty
and fun. Come join us for an exciting and fun filled weekend.
AGE DIVISIONS (Determined by the age you are on January 1, 2002.)

EARLY ENTRIES: ALL ENTRIES RECEIVED BY SEPTEMBER 1, 2002 WILL RECEIVE A BEAUTIFUL MISS
SOUTHERN USA PLAQUE AND WILL RECEIVE YOUR CROWNING T-SHIRT FREE
OVERALL GRAND SUPREME
$5,000.00 SAVINGS BOND
Overall Grand Supreme Winner will receive a $5,000.00 Savings Bond, a
Beautiful Monogrammed Banner, a 10” National Logo Crown, a long
fur-trimmed robe, and a Beautiful National Trophy. This contestant will
have the highest score in the entire pageant. Everything you win will
give you points toward this Grand Supreme. The overall Grand Supreme
Winner will be one of the Grand Supreme Queens or King. (must have at least 75
in the pageant to award the $5,000.00 bond.)
4 GRAND SUPREME
$500.00 SAVINGS BOND
One chosen from 0-36 mos girls, One chosen from all boys, one chosen
from 3-6 girls, one chosen from 7-up girls. GRAND SUPREMES WILL
RECEIVE A 10” NATIONAL RHINESTONE LOGO CROWN, A
$500.00 SAVINGS BOND (GUARANTEED), A BEAUTIFUL
NATIONAL TROPHY, A LONG FLOWING FUR-TRIMMED ROBE,
AND A BEAUTIFUL MONOGRAMMED BANNER. One of these 4
Grand Supremes will go home with a $5,000.00
Savings Bond. Contestant with the highest score in the entire pageant.
AGE GROUP WINNERS
$500.00 SAVINGS BONDS
NATIONAL QUEEN/KING From each age division will receive
in addition to the Miss or Mr. Southern USA Title , A Magnificent National
Rhinestone Crown, Long Fur Trimmed Robe, A Monogrammed Banner, Picture in
most of the leading magazines, and with 20 in your group a $500.00 Savings Bond.
The National Queens and Kings will be invited back to crown their sucessor and be
showered with an enormous box of gifts from the contestants.
5 ALTERNATES TO EACH AGE DIVISION: WINNERS RECEIVE NICE
TROPHIES, AND FEES PAID TO THE ALL AMERICAN MISS NATIONALS IN
JUNE 2003.
OVERALL PHOTOGENIC AND MOST
BEAUTIFUL/HANDSOME
THERE WILL BE 4 OVERALL PHOTOGENIC AND 3 OVERALL MOST BEAUTIFUL AND
ONE OVERALL MOST HANDSOME CHOSEN. Winners will receive a 3 foot National Trophy,
Banner, and nice gift. (same overall divisions as in Grand Supreme.)
AGE GROUP Winners in each age division for Photogenic, Most Beautiful and Most
Handsome will receive a National Trophy and points toward the Grand Supremes. There will be
two alternates from each age division of each category. Alternates will also receive points toward
Grand Supreme.
DIVISION GIFTS: Each contestant should bring four wrapped gifts to crowning, one gift will
go to the 2002 National Queen or King of your age division, one gift will go to last year’s National
Queen, one to the Division Supreme and one to the Overall Grand Supreme. This could be you.
Don’t forget your gifts. (price $5.00-$7.00) If you forget your gift you will be ask to put $10.00 in an
envelope for each box for the Queens/Kings.
4 OVERALL SPORTSWEAR
(You may wear Sportswear or Westernwear)
Sportswear - Outfit of your choice. Props and accessories are acceptable if easily carried on and off
stage. Winners receive a Trophy, banner, and nice gift. One chosen from 0-35 Mos. 3-6, all boys,
and 7-up.
GROUP WINNERS: Winner in each age division will receive a beautiful trophy,
banner and point toward the Grands. There will be 2 Alternates in each age division that will also
receive a nice trophy and points toward the Grands. Age groups same as beauty.
HOST HOTEL: BOARDWALK BEACH RESORT LOCATED ON THOMAS DRIVE,
PANAMA CITY BEACH. (Heart of the “WORLD MOST BEAUTIFUL BEACHES”) Boardwalk
Beach Resort is giving Southern USA a special room rate of $89.00 for 2 double beds. The rooms
overlook the beach. YOU MUST TELL THEM YOU ARE WITH THE SOUTHERN USA
NATIONAL IN ORDER TO GET THIS SPECIAL RATE AND BE ON THE BLOCK NEAR THE
BALLROOM. In order to receive the special rate you must book by August 21st. The motel is
located near Gulf World, Shipwreck Island Water Park, Miracle Strip Amusement Park, Zoo
World, Ocean Opry Show, and the Gran Maze. There is plenty to do so make this a vacation for the

SPONSOR TICKETS: You may sell sponsor tickets for $1.00 each on a Diamond
Cluster Ring to earn your entry fees and nice prizes. All Sponsor tickets must be turned in two
weeks prior to the pageant.
200 Tickets......Free all events
300 Tickets......Free all events, 4 foot trophy
400 Tickets......Free all events, 6 foot trophy, crown, fur-trimmed robe
500 Tickets......Free all events, 6 ft trophy, fur-trimmed robe, a TY Beanie baby, and the CUSTOM
DESIGNED 7” MISS SOUTHERN USA LOGO CROWN. Every contestant selling 500
tickets will receive these awards.
ALL AMERICAN MISS SUPERIOR QUEEN OR KING: The
contestant selling the most sponsor tickets will be crowned the All American Miss Superior Queen
or King. The Superior Queen or King will receive a 6 Foot National Trophy, Fur-Trimmed robe,
Cabbage Patch Doll, TY Benie Baby, Picture on next year’s form, BEAUTIFUL 10”
CUSTOM DESIGNED LOGO NATIONAL CROWN, AND A NICE
GIFT. (MUST BE OVER 500)
REFERRALS: Anyone who refers 3 contestants that are not on the mailing list to the
pageant may enter all events FREE. Referrals will not be counted for contestants entering at the
door. They must have their entry forms in at least one week before the pageant.
IMPORTANT: We will not be able to accept any checks at the door. Any fees or balance due
must be paid in cash, money order, or cashier check. Thank You.
OPTIONAL (PORTFOLIO AND CASUALWEAR)
You may use the Portfolio to replace your Photogenic score or you may use the Casualwear or
Swimwear to replace your sportswear or Westernwear score. Casualwear/swimwear will be
straight modeling. NO PRO-AM FOR CASUALWEAR/SWIMWEAR. You may compete in both
Photogenic and Portfolio or both Sportswear and Casualwear but you will not be able to use both
scores in either event. If you do both Portfolio and Photogenic the low score would be thrown out.
The same way for Sportswear and Casualwear the low score would be thrown out. You can win the
awards in both categories, you just can’t use both scores. There will be an additional fee if you
decided to do both optional. There will be a winner in each age division for the Portfolio and
Casualwear. These winners will receive a beautiful custom designed trophy and point toward
Overall Supremes.
CROWNING: Saturday, September 21, 2002 at 7:00 p.m. You will wear your Southern USA
T-shirt for the crowning. If you get your form and deposit in by September 10, 2002 your Tee Shirt
will be FREE. If not T-Shirts will cost $12.00. ALL CONTESTANTS MUST WEAR THE
T-SHIRTS WITH WHITE SHORTS FOR CROWNING CEREMONY. When we receive your
entry form you will receive the time schedule for each event.
