As it happens, that puts you roughly on the same page as myself. I've been RPing online for roughly two and a half years, going paper and pencil for about twice that, and messing around with anthro since the Ninja Turtles cartoon first aired. As for games, aside from a bit of mini-administration of a dream in Furcadia, my expertice is probably LESS than yours (I've only very recently gotten ahold of a few RPG-type videogames.). My only claim to it is that I've got a few boxes of Gamepro Magazine, and I used to get -really- bored and sketch out game maps when I was in grade school. Message being, nobody needs to worry about feeling unqualified for this project; this is for fun, afterall.

As for the story and plot concepts, much like I explained to an earlier entry, this is going to start out as a meideval theme much like Dungeons and Dragons in feel (Those who hate the genre, be graced that we're not actually using any D&D rules..), but with the proper furry twists and turns. Since trying to reinvent the wheel is just ludicrous, a good thing to consider is 'what excuse do we use for this one?'. Things like the conveniant Japan/China/Asia/etc culture, the invention of armors and weapons, etc all need to have a decent explanation. One thing I take pride in with my projects is that there's that hint of realism that makes everything else just that more fantastic. On a less creative note, things such as policies etc are something to think about... especially based on what we've seen in other games. (Good examples are how one handles death, whether to allow it etc, and how we deal with rating issues, such as the "Yiff" issue that's plagued the growth of SMT MUCK. Beyond that, thanks for your interest and your support. Thank you, and be free.
