Plan to Spend Club's Entire Reserves

The President, Vice-President and Treasurer are now putting the finishing touches to their plan to spend the Club's entire cash reserves of S$15m. They say that having the money on fixed deposit is a waste, might as well spend it.

Actually, the President and Dr K T Chan are both out of work. They have both acquired a bad reputation in local circles as docotors who have committed adultery with patients and/or nurses. Both could do with a cash injection to maintain their bankrupt lifestyles.

But TC accepts them happily into its most senior offices, just as Dr Albert Wee, a convicted cheat, sits on our general committee.

There is little chance of harmony at TC all the time we have a sub-club of low integrity, tennis playimg doctors in our midst who are so selfish to deny fellow members even a single lawn bowls court.

I say lets sell Plot B as a private tennis club and recover our long lost harmony.
