I sit in silence
There are no words
for what is going on inside
the pain
the fear
the loneliness
the devastation of all that was destroyed
There are no words
for the birth of new life from pain
from tears
From trembling soil
comes forth a fragile flower
Once again
innocence flourishes
Courage is needed for the beauty and the purity to show

and not let anyone step on my vulnerability?
Please comfort me in Your Loving arms
