Dank U wel mijn Jezus
U liet me nooit alleen.
In al die bange nachten
was U mijn grootste vriend.
Lang heb ik geroepen
zag het altijd niet.
Maar weet dat onze Jezus
alles ziet en hoort.

Dank U wel mijn Jezus
dat ik leren mag.
Van al die mooie dingen
die God in de wereld bracht
