Is het nou echt zo moeilijk?

Wij horen bij elkaar.
Wij delen dit lichaam,
Dit leven, elke dag;
En ook nog eens het geld
dat we per maand te besteden hebben,
Samen.


Ja, zo moeilijk is dat woord -
We willen het niet weten!

Want als wij alles samen
Doen en zijn,
en beleven -
Dan is wat wij voor elkaar verborgen houden
Zo levensecht van ons allemaal;
En het is nog maar de vraag,
of we daarmee willen leven,
of dat die pijn echt te ondraaglijk is.

Of kunnen we die kracht toch opbrengen,
misschien,
samen....?
