• She was unbelieveably uncomfortable and self conscious as they walked down the hardly bustling halls, the corner of her lip tucked between her teeth as she gazed around slowly - taking in her surroundings. It was true, as of right now, she didn't have much to say to him because his personality seemed so entirely one dimensional, he was obviously concerned about himself and only himself. • When they reached their first store, he pulled the door open for her - no open walk-in fronts here, they were all double-doored, glass in this case - and then ushered her inside, his hands moving to knead gently at her shoulders for a few steps until he spotted the young female personal shopper busying herself around the store as she awaited their arrival. Breaking a wide smile, he extended a hand to her, but then slipped his other arm around her shoulders and pressed a warm kiss to the side of her neck - a few words murmured between the familiar pair before he stepped back and held out his hand for Emily. • She watched the interaction with a critical gaze, so unused to that kind of display of affection between two people who weren't even 'together'. She pursed her lips, ignoring his hand as she stepped forward, her brow cocked as she flashed a sweet smile at the other girl - it was hard not to fall in love with her sweet demeanor. "Sorry, I know I must be a challange but we'll see what you can do with little 'ole me." Her voice was nearly dripping with distaste as she glanced towards Ethan before she shrugged off the attitude that wasn't right at all - her mama would scold her - and turned her normal so un-fake smile back to the girl. • "Clothing's the easy part, sweetheart. Just be thankful you're pretty. We can fix you up in no time." The girl was anything but unkind and not nearly as condescending as Ethan, so smiled reassuringly and ushered her project towards the back of the store - where she already had a rack of clothing pulled and a fitting room set up... // He sighed quietly and ran a hand through his hair slowly before trailing after the pair, and dropping down into a chair while Melody fussed over his tutor. She hated him, and he could tell, and that bothered him more than anyone would ever suspect - he had some issues that he wasn't even aware of and didn't even care about with how he treated certain types of people, but he had even bigger issues when it came to people liking him... Her fingers danced over the smooth material, a slightly wistful expression on her face before she glanced up at the girl. "So should I just start trying things on?" She questioned, her brow furrowed. At the other girls nod, she headed into the dressing room with a sleek black salsa style dress that showed off her figure in a way that Ethan had never scene before - along with exposing her long toned, bronze legs. • "Too... Dressy, babe. She sings C&W, remember. We're looking more cas', I think." He commented easily as she stepped out, though he was impressed by how she looked. His lack of reaction was due to a few things - one, he never drooled over girls unless it was one he was pursuing and struggling with catching and he thought that might help, and two, he had seen more beautiful women in his life than most men ever knew existed. The very fact that his eyes lingered over her and he nodded in slight approval said that he appreciated her form - and was more than the average girl ever got from him. • She didn't even notice if there was any appreciation in his eyes - she didn't think there would be - she was just pond scum to him. Melody scounged around for a pair of designer jeans and a long sleeve black button up that was crinkled in style, a white tank top that scoope down and showed off just the top swell of her chest. A pair of hoop earings and a silver necklace that nestled just above the top of the shirt completed the outfit and now Emily stepped out again, this time in the jeans that hugged each and every curve. She tugged gently up on the tank top - feeling a little self conscious with even the little bit of her chest exposed. She turned to look at Melody, questioning her silently with just a glance as she bit her lip a little nervously - she hated how she felt around Ethan, so low and almost like a dumb hillbilly - that was all he viewed her as. • She sighed softly, tilting her head and offering a relieved smile at the girl before she grinned lightly and nodded, talking up a small chatter with her as she changed and then stuck her head out of the door for a shirt taking a higher cut one that she offered before she tugged on the shirt and drew the belt around her hips, slipping on her smooth black belt and then stepping out again. She fit this image well with her long blonde hair, adorable dimples, tight jeans and tall boots..."How's this, Melody?" • The girl was positively charming and was quickly growing on her, but she, as much as she loved Ethan, she was worried about all the ways that he could corrupt this sweet girl. She smiled though as Emily emerged and nodding approvingly, turning her gaze to the handsome young man slouched into his chair. "Beautiful. Ethan?" // He nodded himself after a moment and smiled almost genuinely - the carefree comfortable spin to Emily's step was really what sold him on this particular outfit. "Beautiful. Emily?" • She nodded again, looking over herself in the mirror. "I like it..." She smiled lightly, nodding a bit, a brighter look about her as she looked in the mirror once more. "I am afraid to even look at the price tags." She stated, letting out a nervous breath as she glanced down at the garments before she looked over herself once more. She didn't even look like herself, her small bust accented without being slutty, just a line of midriff showing, the belt buckle large and sparkling and the jeans fitting so perfectly while still being a clean bootcut. She folded up the clothes and smiled lightly at Melody, sincerly thanking Melody for all her time and help before she handed the clothes to Ethan and looked up to him - unsure where else they were going and what they were doing. • Taking the clothes over to the counter to pay, he handed over his credit card as he spoke to her. "I was thinking shoes? And there's another store that'll probably have some more clothes that you'll like that we could stop by." He was just throwing the suggestion of there - not telling her, more aking if that sounded okay to her. His attention was momentarily diverted back to Melody as he finished up.
