i think that u should work ur building types out by a certain percentage for each building type.

for example...this is my strat:

35% armouries
30% banks
12% guilds
13% towers
10% farms

that is the best way to play this game. that is really the only way ur buildings can properly take effect. what i mean is, having 35% armouries basically means ur elite price WILL be 500 gc whereas if u have 200 armouries u don't really know and u can't plan the rest of ur building types effectivly! if u do want a strat i will make u one. just message me in game!
