SOME OF THE STORIES I HAVE COLLECTED

Girl, North America, 7-13yo, complete outer and inner inspections and function testings

I am female. It happened in North America. 2015 or later - 7. 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 years old. We would get letter in the mail indicating appointment in the next week. My parents drove me to the exam at a special medical room in the school apart from the nurse's office. All the girls in that age group were being examined.


PREPARATIONS AND ANESTHESIA

I was not allowed to eat some time before the exam. They washed my body before the exam. My stomach was cleaned out by a tube incerted into my anus that was connected to some pump and flush mashine. I was totally naked through all the procedures.

They placed me upon an advanced surgical table. I got IV tubes into blood vessels in an arm. I got electrodes on my cheast. I got a tube or wire in through my urethra. I got a tube or sond in through my anus. I did not get any anesthesia.

This table I was on could control the position of my arms, body and legs. It could put and hold me in many positions to get access to my body.


EXAMINATIONS WITH EXTERNAL EQUIPMENT

They examined my upper body, stomach, hip area and genitals with an ultrasound device or something similar with an ultrasound device or something similar. They took x-ray pictures of my hip area.

They used electrodes to record functions inside my head. They used electrodes at my chest and belly to record body functions.


INSPECTION THROUGH THE THROUT

They inspected the inside of my throut with a scope. They took specimens from my throut with a tube.


INETNAL GENITO-URINARY EXAMINATION

They inspected the inside of my urethra and bladder with a scope. They took specimens from my urethra and bladder with a tube. They used a speculum in my vagina.

The doctor explored my vagina with a finger. They took specimens from my vagina with a tube. They inspected my vagina with a scope. They inspected me through my vagina with an ultrasound probe.


INTERNAL EXAMINATIONS OF ANUS, RECTUM AND LOWER DIGESTIVE TRACT

The doctor explored my anus with a finger. They inspected my anus with a speculum. They took specimens from my anus with a tube. They inspected me through my anus with an ultrasound probe. They inspected me through my anus with a rigid scope. They inspected me through my anus high up with a flexible scope. They performed a full colonoscopy with a flexible scope.


SOME GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE EXAM AS EXPERIENCED AND ABOUT NEUROLOGICAL FUNCTION TESTING

Always there would be insertion and moving metal probes in my mouth, urethra, vagina and anus. Instruments were also put on my clitoris. The probes would also vibrate, heat up, cool down change rate, of moving in and out.

They often talked about sexual response. I know that as I matured the same procedures would give me more sexual excitement than when I was younger. As I got older I would have dozens of orgasms during the process.


ARRANGEMENTS AFTER THE EXAM

I had IVs into blood vessels. I had catheter into my bladder. I had a tube going in through my anus. I lay naked under a blanket after the exam. they would take pictures of my clitoris every 15 minutes. they would completely wash my body again.

THE SCHOOL I ATTENDED

I attended private boarding school. Very rich.


COMMENTS

This exam had the purpose of getting a comple picture of the health, development status and function and feelings of all body areas, with a special focus on the genitals, urinary system and liwer digestive system and alsi the psychological reactions connected to these areas. The thorrough testing suggest that research and population surveillance was also a purpose.

This type of exam protocol is used in selected communities, schools and institution around the world and steadily more communities participate. In this case the main protocoll seems to have been combined with elements from another often reported protocill with extensive testings of functions, neurological reactions, feelings and psychological response.

During this test protocoll, sexual responces are also tested, but usually in a way to avoid the handlings to look like real sexual activities or to avoid the situation to look sexual as such.

Even though she reported that she did not get anesthesia, she probably got some stuff through the IV that made her relaxed and took away pain, and lubrication in the body openings that contained analgesic medication. With modern equipment and gentle handling such intrusive examinations can be made painfree this way without general anesthesia, and the dagers general anesthesia gives.

During these exams a combination of medication and special positions of the limbs are used which has the effect of opening the kid up completely physically and psychologically and take away resistance.

Boy, 15yo, USA, general school physical with thorrough pelvic checks

I am a male. I was a teenager. My exact age when this occured. 15 The exam occured in this geographical area: USA Year 1960 - 1969. In North America. I was examined at school, the School clinic They fetched me during class. A female nurse examined we with no other assitance.

EXAM OVERVIEW

They examined my head teeth or jaws. They did an orthopedic exam. They examined the organs inside my chest. They examined my organs inside my stomach. They examined my genitals. They examined my rectal zone. They did a general examination of my pelvic zones. They inserted instruments into my mouth. They inserted instruments into my urinary opening. They inserted instruments into my rectal opening. I was totally naked.

THE EXAM STEPWISE

First she checked ear nose and throat, then breathing, heart and lungs, therdly eflexes. After that rectal exam prostrate and anus Thereafter genital, penis and scrotum. She also masturbated me for semen sample. latsly she had me Walke nude and do several movements.


JUDGEMENT

What do you think was the reason for this exam? School physical What is your opinion about thios experience? More extensive than normal.


URINARY AND GENITAL EXAM

She used a catheter to collect urin. She palpated my outar male genitals and testicles. She slid down my foreskin and spread my urinary opening. They palpated my prostate with a finger into my rectum. She also masturbated me for semen sample.


RECTAL EXAM

Sje spread my cheeks and examined extarnally my rectal zone. Sje examined my rectum with an inserted finger. She took specimens from my rectum or bowel with some tube-like instrument. They examined my rectum and terminal colon with a flexibal scope.


SYMPTOMS AND OBSERVATIONS

I had strane pain or irritation in my rectal zone and stomach as if my rectum or bowel had been secretly examioned. I had strange irritation in my urethra and bladder zone as if this body part had been secretly examined. The exam did not result in any diagnosis.


COMMENTS

This was an exam to get an exact picture of the sexual development and the health in the pelvic area of the boy, and a picture of his general health status. Possibly every kid in this school had such an exam at that age, or possibly they did it with kids about whome the school had concerns. These types of comprehensive exams at kids in this age are useful in some ways in order to detect common health problems in the pelvic zones.

It looks however that the nurse twisted the style of the exam in a way to gratify own sexual dezires. For example, if a semen example was needed, she could have asked the boy to masturbate in private.

I am a female. I was a school-aged child. Year 1970 - 1979. In eastern Europe. I was examined in a health centre.

EXAM OVERVIEW

PREPARATIONS AND ANESTHESIA

I was given sadative or pain-killing medicines through my mouths. I was sedated but awake. I was naked at the examined body parts and at my genital/rectal zone but elsewere clothed.


THE ORDEAL STEP BY STEP

The first thing they did with me was undressing my outer skirt and panties Only my undershirt i have on for exam. Them messure temperature in rectum, thirdly exam my anus. Thereafter he inspected my vagina. He gave me a shot for health, dont remember for what it was. Somebody also came and performed a psychological test.


MORE ABOUT THE GENITAL EXAM

They did not examine my urinary system. They palpated my outer female genitals. They spread my genital lips to look inside. They took speciments (pap smears etc) from my vagina with an instrument.

The exam did not result in any diagnosis.


HOW THE EXAM WAS FELT AND OPINIONS

What is your opinion about this experience? I was nervous and be ashamed for doing this. But Nothing real weird happaned, though.


COMMENTS

By this exam they checked the physical and psyhological development and the health im the genital and anal region. They also checked for habits related to the pelvic area, including sexual habits, including ,aturbation or sexual play with otherschildren, or possibly sexual abuse by others.

The parents or the authorities were possibly concerned for her for some reason.

But from the way the exam was perfomed step by step, it looks more that this was something all or many children in the society went through at that age, either for general surveillance or for research. Such ordeals are seldome announced openly even then all have them.

It is possible that more was done than remembered, because this kind of anestehsia is used to reduce rememberance, apart from making the child relaxed and comfortable.

Girl, 14yo, Russia, Stomach and pelvic exam at school

I am female. It happened in Russia, in 2015 or later, 14 years old. My parents drove me to the exam at a room in the school that was preliminary prepared for the event. All children in my school of the age group.


PREPARATIONS

I was totally naked through all the procedures. I was placed to lay on my back with my legs flexed up, spread and mounted upon two devices. I got a tube or sond in through my anus. I did not get any anesthesia.


EXTERNAL EXAM PROCEDURES

They examined my stomach area with and ultrasound device or something similar. They examined my hip area with an ultrasound device or something similar.


INTERNAL EXAM PROCEDURES

The doctor explored my vagina with a finger. They used a speculum in my vagina. They took specimens from my vagina with a tube. They inspected my anus with a speculum.


ARRANGEMENTS AFTER THE EXAM

I lay with my legs in stirrups some time after the exam.

THE SCHOOL I ATTENDED

I attended ordinary daytime school.



COMMENTS

This exam had the purpose of exploring the development status of the kids, and the health in the stomach area and pelvic organs. The kids probably had a more ordinary school physical some time before to explore the development status on the rest of the body.

It is uncerain what the tube in the anus inserted during the preparations was for. It was possibly there to flush the lower digestive system clean or possibly to install contrast fluid for the ultrasound exam at the stomach area.

Girls, Eastern Europe, 9,11,13yo, health check with extensive internal inspections

I am male. I answer poll as physiscian, not a patient. It happened in Eastern Europem, 1980-1989, on girls 9 years old 11 year old 13 years old. I worked for goverment /state hospital solvakia. Sorry english is not so good.
(The language somewhat brushed up under the edition).

It happened as a routine health check with data collection on random girls selected from local city with parents. They were checked and used to represent whole country as example. Although no force was used it was compuslary in the sense that if they did not come when selected, state healthcare and benefits got stopped.

The parents drove them to the exam at a regular hospital.


PREPARATIONS

They were not allowed to eat some time before the exam. They were given a gown but were naked under the gown in the time they stayed awake and had to take all clothes off just before the procedures.


When first stripped they were placed on a little metal table like at a morgue. One weighted the patient on it and measure height, and firther wosthed them on this table.

The stomach was cleaned out by a tube incerted into the anus that was connected to some pump and flush mashine. (Uncertain from the testamonial if this happened on this table or later)

One then then transfered them to opertion table in lithomy position for access to genital and anal opening. It this psoirion they lay on back with legs flexed, spread and mounted upon two devices.

They got IVs tubes into blood vessels in an arm, a device on a finger or a toe to measure pulse and oxygen in blood, a blood pressure monitor wrapped around an arm or a leg, electrodes on cheast, a tube or wire in through urethra.

They got anesthesia through tubes into blood vessel, anesthesia gas to breath in through a mask. One then paralyzed whole body and they got artificial breathing, all of which put them completely to sleep.


EXAMINATION WITH EXTERNAL EQUIPMENT

One performed an EEC (electroencephalogram) - functional test of the brain with electrodes on the head. They used electrodes at chest to record body functions. They performed an analysis of breathing and oxygen uptake where they had to breath into a tube.

They examined upper body and hip area with an ultrasound device or something similar. They took x-ray pictures of chest, hip area and limbs.


INTERNAL INSPECTIONS IN THE UPPER BODY ZONES AND UPPER DIGESTIVE SYSTEM

They inspected the inside of throut with a scope. They took specimens from throut with a tube, throut culture.

One performed gastroscopy, OGD, and took samples from stomach.


UROGENITAL IMSPECTIONS

Done to obtain tissue samples and take measurements.

They inspected the inside of urethra and bladder with a scope. They took specimens from urethra with a tube. They took specimens from bladder with a tube. Bladder biopsy taken.


The doctor explored vagina with a finger. They used a speculum in vagina. They took specimens from vagina with a tube, vaginal and cervical swabs.



ISPECTIONS IN THE LOWER DIGESTIVES SYSTEM

Done to obtain tissue samples and take measurements.

The doctor explored anus with a finger. They took specimens from anus with a tube. They inspected the girls through anus high up with a flexible scope. Anal biopsy and biopsy from sigmoid and large bowel.



ARRANGEMENTS AFTER THE EXAM

The girls had breathing tube, IVs into blood vessels, electrodes on body. They had catheter into bladder left to recovery ward, catheter in situ as protocol following biopsy of bladder. The parents took them home the next day.


THE SCHOOL THE GIRLS ATTENED

I attended ordinary daytime school. Was regular state funded schools used.


COMMENTS

This ordeal follows a protocol used for health screening and health statistics on selected kids in selected communities in great parts of the world. The protocoll has a fairly long history, and is still going on, especially in North America, but this testamonial and others tells that Eastern Europe is a part of the enterprize.

There are testamonials about the protocoll both from North America, South America, Asia, Western Europe and Eastern Europe, and the political state of the comunteies does not seem to influence the protocoll, which poonts to some international coordination, probably through the United Nations system.
