Why does "on hol expansion" stress out my pc and hang the game oh! and i cant empty the recycle bin either and when i uninstall some of it wont go away. sorry it ended up being a long one.Any suggestions ? Odd. I've never had this problem. Maybe you don't have sufficient memory or RAM. Have you checked the system requirement? If that's not the problem maybe you should run Scandisk and Defrag, reboot your computer then maybe it will work. If that fails, I suggest you seek technical support from Maxis.
