Subject: She'd finally gotten rid of Erika after it was apparent Desi wouldn't be home

And she had ventured out of the room she'd been locked in all day to make some pop-corn, then she would return to her 4th Disney movie so far. He'd reall hurt her, he'd never managed that before, no one had, not really.
