[ Sonny Maivia DeVine and Shawn G. Bailey are sitting in the conference room of Bailey's law firm. DeVine is wearing a dark suit with a black shirt and silver tie and Bailey is wearing one of his many attorney suits. Both men are going over the list of wrestlers who will be vying for the Gladiator Title belt in a one night tournament in the city of Angels at the Forum on December 13. ]

Shawn G. Bailey:Well, here it is. The list of all the opponents for the Gladiator title. Some of the best and not so best of the GWA. Men like Jimmy Jackson,Goliath, Johnathon Lindsey, Johnny Viscious, Jim Daher, Nemebrotious,
Chris Cane, Kenny Rock, Jon Paladin, Barry Odessey, Marcus Gaines, Dark Tiger, Joe Russa, and Julius Stryker and they all want the GWA Gladiator title but they won't get it. Not with you big man. Not with you in the mix.

Sonny DeVine:Damn right. Shawn G. this is what I have been waiting for and striving for. I mean..here is my chance to become the GWA Gladiator Champion. I have worked hard and long for this day. This is the moment I have been waiting for. This is what I have been wanting and desiring for awhile and now..here it is, right here within my grasp. So who is my first opponent?

Shawn G. Bailey:ummm...that was the part I was working up to. You will be facing Mei Himagaij.

Sonny DeVine:ha ha ha...maybe my hearing ain't 20/20 no more. What did you say?

Shawn G. Bailey:Mei Himagaij is your opponent in the Gladiator title match. A woman.

Sonny DeVine:I'LL BE G*D DAMNED!!!! What in the F*ck is going on in the damn GWA??? They put me in the tournament for the Gladiator title and my first opponent is some japanese bimbette? I have faced and defeated most of the men in the tournament and I start the tournament off with this bimbo?...just when I put the sledgehammer down, they make me pick it up again.

Shawn G. Bailey:Now calm down. Her record is less than stellar. Consider it a night off.

Sonny DeVine:Shut up, Shawn! You have never stepped into a ring to wrestle. It is a slap to my face to have to wrestle this woman but when you look at the chance that dumb luck could prevail and she beat me...OH HELL NO! Mei Himagaij stands in my way and I don't care if she is a woman, she gets dusted off. I beat Barry Odessey, Dark Tiger, Goliath..just to name a few of the jaboobies and what do I get? Mei, the chop suey slut. Okay. I was going to be pleasant but no more. Not only will I beat that Mei Sukaminidiki but I will beat each and everyone of the people who stand in my way of becoming the Gladiator title. From Barry Odessey to Johnny Vicious. From Goliath to Jimmy Jackson. From Marcus Gaines to Joe Russa they will all go down to the Superstar 2000, Sonny Maivia DeVine. The Gladiator title will be mine

[ There is a knock on the conference room door. Shawn G. Bailey, looking annoyed, gets up and answers the door. Standing there is Bailey's administrative Assistant, Victoria. She is holding a video tape which she handed to Shawn G. Bailey. Bailey looks at the videotape and then goes back to the table. ]

Sonny DeVine:What the hell is it? A porno? Why don't you at least read the damn card on the thing?

Shawn G. Bailey:Okay...[ Bailey reads the card and his eyes grow wide in surprise. ]...This can't be??? How in the hell???....

Shawn G. Bailey:Sonny...ummm...this videotape is from...It's from...Michael...'The DeVine One' Michael DeVine.

Sonny DeVine:WHAAAAAAAAAAAT!!!!! [ Sonny jumps to his feet and he is angrier than Shawn G has ever seen him. ]..What does that son of a bitch want????

Shawn G. Bailey:It's on the videotape. I'm gonna pop it in and let's see what he has to say.

[ Shawn G. puts the videotape in the TV/VCR/DVD system and starts it up. The screen comes to life with a view of Las Vegas, Nevada and a view of the Casino/Hotel Xanadu, which is owned by Michael DeVine, Sonny's cousin and former NAWA World Heavyweight Champion. Michael DeVine's old theme music...Anthem for the Year 2000 by Silverchair is playing. Suddenly 'The DeVine One' Michael DeVine appears on the screen wearing one of his old five hundred dollar shirts like he use to wear while cutting a wrestling promo. Sonny DeVine is like a caged tiger as he watches the video.]

Michael DeVine:IIIIIIIT'S OOOOOOH SOOOOO FIIIIIINE. Being Michael DeVine. And The DeVine One, The Magnificent One...The OH SO FINE ONE...the man that has held the NAWA World Heavyweight title twice. The man who became the mega wrestling superstar in the sports entertainment is now here to say something to you...my cousin, Sonny Maivia DeVine. I understand that you have a shot at becoming the GWA Gladiator Champion and all in your quest to be better than me. I mean look at you. You went out and got some plastic surgery to look more like me than my own mirror image. You are trying to be me but never forget this...I'm often imitated by never duplicated. Now, you think that you are going to become the GWA Gladiator Champion and that you are going to do it better than me. Well, there is one thing you better recognize. First, you can never ever be The DeVine One...the OH SO FINE ONE! Second, when I won the NAWA World title..two times...I did it alone. You have Shawn G. Bailey, that ambulance chasing weasel. You have the fat assed Saiki and Kenjiki and now you have joined up with the Brotherhood of Agony. Sonny DeVine you are about to hook it up for the GWA Gladiator title. Hell, two of the men in the tournament I know very well. Jimmy "Rockhard" Jackson and Johnny Vicious...personally, I think you are going to get your ass whipped but....BUT...if you manage to get to the big match. If you manage to get to become the GWA Gladiator title then I will come down to ringside and extend to you...AN OOOOH SOOO FINE ASS WHIPPING!!!...Let me tell you this punk. You have run your mouth about me. You have damaged the DeVine name by hitting fans with sledgehammers and trying to kill the Dark Tiger. You are a criminal. You are a menace to society and I will be watching wednesday night..from my Las Vegas penthouse when you get your ass whipped. Oh and before I go...one more thing..cousin...what you do comes back to you.

[ The videotape ends and Sonny DeVine is on his feet and screaming like a demon. ]

Sonny DeVine: That son of a bitch! That Bastard! Who in the hell does he think he is??? Michael DeVine.....That's it Bailey...everyone pays. Everyone pays and they pay the hard way. Sledgehammers will swing and heads will be cracked and blood will pour like wine. I will lay everyone out and then Michael DeVine can kiss my ass and beg for mercy as I smash his head in with a sledgehammer. The Gladiator title is mine and no one, I mean no one will stop me!!!!
