Hey, I was a really into Mortal in the mid and late nineties, and I had a compilation of some sort that had a Mortal song on it, but I can't remember the name of the comp, or of the song.
All I remember is that it had some preacher sampled repeatedly saying, "Jesus Christ is Lord," while the singer sang, "like a flower, you're not a machine, you're a flower," or something like that. It was a fairly intense song along the lines of Alive and Awake or Godspeed. The comp also had a song on it by a female-vocaled industrial band that sounded pretty cool, not unlike Aleixa, but not Aleixa.
Anyway, does anyone know what I'm talking about?
